旅游管理教学方法研究——以案例教学法为例

随着我国旅游业的快速发展．其不仅对旅游人才需求在数量上日益增加，而且对旅游人才的综合能力提出了更高的要求。旅游经济的发展要求旅游院校从培养知识型、理论型人才向培养理论与实践相结合的能力型、复合型人才过渡。旅游案例教学法与传统教育相比，其具有诸多无法比拟的优点。本论文在对案例教学法概念界定的基础上．探讨了旅游案例教学法的特点、存在问题和对策。

A Study on the Teaching Method of Tourism Management: Taking Case-Based Teaching Method for an Example

With the rapid development of China＇s tourism,the need for tourism talents is increasing, and their higher compre- hensive ability is required. The development of tourism econo- my requires the transformation of tourism colleges from theory- based teaching to practice-oriented teaching. Case-based teaching plays an implacable role in tourism teaching. This pa- per explores the characteristics, existing problems and counter- measures of tourism case-based teaching method.
