| 摘 要： | 社区教育是指社会生活中对人的身心发展起积极促进作用的各种教育性因素的综合，是构建学习型社会的重要基础．对公民素质的提高和社会进步具有重要意义。然而目前我国社区教育的现状却不容乐观，存在着认识不足、资源不足以及法律体系不健全等问题。为此，应对社区教育进行科学定位．构建协调统一的管理机制，切实增加社会投入．探索社区教育的科学发展途径和方法。
