摘    要:研究目的,了解运动对膝关节松弛的影响。研究方法:采用自行研制的膝关节松弛仪测试了14名普通受试者运动训练前后膝关节松弛度。主要结果和结论:此研究发现训练后膝关节松弛度明显增加并维持8h,于较长时间的休息和不负重(睡眠)后方可恢复,建议:对运动引起的膝关节松弛应加以积极恢复。

Abstract:The purpose of this paper was to investigate the effects of intensive exercise on relaxation of normal knee joints. An arthrometer with precision of 5.28% was designed according to the tests of Lachman. The repeatability of installations are 5.4 18.12%. 12 volunteers participated in the intensive exercise program, which included 10 minutes cycling at 20km/h, 5 sets of upstairs with on leg, and 2 sets of knee isokinetic exercise at 180?/s on Cybex 350. The translations of tibia at the intervals of immediateness were measured, 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 16 or 24 hours after exercise. It was observed that the power of extension and flexion muscles of the knee decreased significantly at the end of exercise. The laxity of knee increased significantly at immediateness, 1, 2, 3, 4, 8h following the exercise until the second morning. It is considered that the laxity of the knee caused by exercise may be due to the viscoelastic properties of connective tissues around the knee and fatigue of extension and flexion muscles.
