| 摘 要： | 中国的成人高等教育经过半个世纪的发展，取得了长足的进步，但也存在一些问题，着重分析了目曾成人学习中存在问题的原因及其改进方法，指出了成人教育应该随着经济的发展做及时的改革，以便更好的为经济建设服务。
