| Abstract: | Scientific Outlook on Development demands that we must put livelihoods at important position which is decided by the essence of people-oriented.Improving livelihoods can ’ t do without democracy.The two sides of people-oriented are livelihoods and democracy,and they are also the two wheels of the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics.We should promote livelihoods with democracy. |
