企业专利平台、创新整合与核心能力形成机理

本文基于能力学派的理论研究框架,结合部分高新技术企业发展实践,开展相关研究。从价值链视角,提出了高新技术企业专利平台内涵、构成及发展层次;指出基于企业专利平台,从战略、组织、技术三个层次开展创新整合,能够推动企业核心能力的环境元、变革元、管理元、技术元的形成与不断升级。在这一过程中,能够实现成本领先与差异化战略的有机结合,从而获得持久竞争优势。本研究成果对高新技术企业核心能力形成机理研究提供了新的研究视角,相关研究结论对我国高新技术企业以专利平台为突破口,制定核心能力培育策略、实现产业升级提供了重要理论启发。

Patent Platform,Innovative Integration and the Principle of Core Competence Formation

The paper researches the enterprise patent platform based on the theoretical research framework of school of capacity and the practices of high-tech enterprise (the changhong group,for example).From the aspect of value chain,this paper proposes the nature and construction of enterprise patent platform,and the innovative integration from three level of innovation strategic,innovation organize and innovation technology.The paper promotes to formate core competence of enviroment element,market element,orgnizaiton element,and technology element.In the process,enterprise can combinate the cost leadership and differentiation strategy,gain sustainable competitive advantages.The paper provides new perspective for the formation mechanism of core competence of high-tech enterprise,gives a breakthrough in the patent platform and some inspiration in the core competence training and industrial upgrading.
