农民工城市住房需求的诉求及解决渠道探讨

通过对农民工城市居住需求现状进行调查,以中等省会城市农民工的居住条件和居住希望为样本,指出他们居住的困境。对农民工无法从资金、身份等方面满足购房、租房需求进行诉求,提出政府、用工企业、农民工多方努力共同构筑解决住房问题的渠道,切实解决农民工的住房窘境。

The Housing Problem and Its Solutions of Migrant Workers in Rural Areas

Taking as samples living conditions and expectations of rural workers in Hefei,a medium-sized provincial capital,this paper investigates housing demand of migrant workers in urban areas,and points out that due to their lack of money and their social status,they are living in poor housing condition,and having difficulties in purchasing or leasing house.Finally,it is proposed that the government,their employers and themselves should work together to solve their housing problem.
