| 摘 要： | 阐述1992年国家授予深圳经济特区特殊的立法权后，通过立法建立起市场主体规范，市场规则规范，市场秩序规范和培育要素市场的各种规范等一系列市场经济的体制、机制，立法形成的各方面体制创新使深圳成功地闯出了一条市场经济发展道路，为深圳经济的高速发展提供了制度保障，为国家的改革开放提供了示范和经验。

| Abstract: | Shenzhen Special Economic Zone acquired the right of legislation in 1992 and has gradually established regulations on market subject,market rules,order of market,and so on.Through legislative innovation,Shenzhen broke a new path of developing market economy,providing a safeguard mechanism for its rapid economic development and setting up an example for nationwide reform and opening up. |
