| 摘 要： | 文章从金融体制改革发展角度分析了我国商业银行服务收费的意义以及发展的必然性,指出银行服务收费存在的主要问题:服务乱收费、强制收费、只收费不服务,等等.分析了上述不规范经营行为对银行声誉的危害性,提出了商业银行规范服务收费的途径与措施.

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the significance and the necessity of service charge in commercial banks in China from the perspective of financial system reform.The author points out by investigation that there exist many problems now for banks to charge service fees such as random fee collection,domineering fee collection,mere fee collection without service,etc.The paper reveals the harmfulness of this kind charge to the reputation of commercial banks and proposes some measures. |
