| 摘 要： | 新的“期间核查”要求较以前提高了，“期间核查”条款在实施过程中遇到的突出问题是如何判断核查的结果。“期间核查”期间选择的核查标准在整个核查期间应保持稳定，过程参数的确定需核查计量标准的可信度，当一个核查期间的核查参数确定后，在具体核查时，所得的测量数据不参与确定过程参数。
