| 摘 要： | 文章结合成人高校的特点，指出了图书馆在数字化建设方面遇到的障碍；思想保守，观念陈旧；经费匮乏，支撑维艰；专业队伍，素质较低；书目数据，极不规范；产权意识，极为淡薄，并由此提出了应对策略。
