| 摘 要： | 在加入WTO后的新环境下，我们更需从全球化的背景来思考和认识化以及化产业的多重属性与功能。故此，章通过对入世后化产业资源配置方式的转变、推动先进民族化走向世界以及传统化产业创新发展等几方面问题的分析，探讨了我国化产业发展的取向问题。
