| 摘 要： | 本世纪伊始接连发生的历史问题、台湾问题、钓鱼岛问题和东海油气田问题等，使21世纪的中日关系开局不利．其中．日本的右倾政策和美国的遏制政策是制约中日关系走向良性发展轨道的两把双刃剑。从新世纪初期日本各届首相对华外交思路的分析可以推断。21世纪的中日关系仍将不会一帆风顺。

| Abstract: | China-Japan relations occurred some questions in the early 21st century, such as Taiwan issue, the Diaoyu Island question and the East China Sea oil-gas field question, caused the bad beginning. Japan＇s right deviation policy and US＇s containment pohcy are two double-edged swords restricting China-Japan relations to move toward benignity development track. Through analyzing Japan＇s each prime minister＇s diplomacy thought to China, the paper may infer that China-Japan relations will not be plain sailing in the 21st century. |
