| Abstract: | The practical training courses for the secretary major are difficult to carry out because of the specialty characteristics of the secretarial discipline and the restriction from the environment of the practical training process. Therefore, it is of critical importance to take effective methods to ensure the realization of the teaching purposes of the practical training courses and satisfy the demand for the cultivation of human resources. |
