| 摘 要： | 绩效技术一直是教育技术领域关注和研究的热点."绩效技术"在美围高校以"系、专业、方向"等不同形式存在,开设的课程也不尽相同.本研究通过调研122所美国大学的网站,对各高校教育技术领域内绩效技术的课程设置进行了专门的研究,为我国教育技术学专业开设绩效技术课程提供了参考,也有助于促进绩效技术在中国的快速发展.
