摘    要:我国传媒在集团化建设方面已取得较大成绩,但也暴露出一些问题,其中较突出的是大而不强,缺乏核心竞争力,与西方发达国家的传媒集团相比还有很大差距。我国加入WTO已经两年多,国外传媒正在与我们展开多方面的竞争。要想在竞争中立于不败之地,我国传媒集团应在资源整合、产品质量、积极融资、招揽人才、宣传公关、发行服务等方面进行努力,以增强核心竞争力。

Abstract:Although our country has achieved great success in establishing media groups, there still exist a few problems, one of which is the lack of the core competitive power. There is a big gap between our media groups and those of the West developed countries. The foreign media are competing with us in many aspects after our country joined the WTO. In order to win in the competition, our media groups must not only enlarge their scale, but also strengthen themselves. This article discusses in detail about how to enhance the core competitive power of our media groups.
