| 摘 要： | 近二十年以来，我国有许多重要的法律相继问世，但法制建设尚不完备，有些法律明显地不适应新的形势。而修改或制定法律都需要一定时间的实践与总结。在这种情况下，天津市高院在民商事审判领域开始实施判例指导制度，这一措施值得其他法院借鉴。

| Abstract: | Many important laws have been made in China in the past twenty years. However, the legal system is not perfect and some laws are not appropriate in the new situation. It takes time to amend or make new laws. In this circumstance, Tianjin Supreme Court began to apply a case-directed system in civil and commercial field. Other courts may draw on the experience of their measures. |
