| 摘 要： | 在排球课正常教学中采用“霍桑效应”——心理效应教学与一般排球课正常教学,发现采用霍桑实验教学学生的排球技术各项指标明显提高,霍桑效应不仅提高排球教学工作的艺术性,而且获得了较好的教学效果,从而说明霍桑效应在排球课教学中的作用非常显著。
