复方甘草甜素(美能)注射液治疗重型肝炎临床疗效观察

目的]探讨复方甘草甜素(美能)注射液治疗重型肝炎临床效果.方法]把20例病人随机分为两组,每组各10例,Ⅰ组应用复方甘草甜素(美能)注射液治疗,Ⅱ组应用甘利欣治疗;疗程2个月,疗程结束时测定ALT、AST、TB.结果:治疗组6例纳差、恶心、厌油等症状消失,2例缓解,1例无效,1例死亡,有效率80%.对照组5例纳差、恶心、厌油等症状消失,3例缓解,1例无效,1例死亡,有效率80%.2例合并少量腹水患者治疗后腹水均消失,死亡病例均合并上消化道出血,病情较重。肝脏体积两组治疗前后均无变化,ECG,电解质、血、常规两组患者治疗前后均无特殊变化.结论]提示复方甘草甜素(美能)注射液治疗重型肝炎有很好的临床效果.

Observtion on the role SNMC Played in Curing serious hepatitis

Objective]To study the therapeutic effect of Stronger Neo-Miaophagen C(SNMC) in Patients With Serious hepatitis.Methods]Twenty patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.One group weretreated with Stronger Neo-Miaophagen C(N=10).The other group were treated with Diammonium Glycgrrhizinate(N=10).The Patients were treated for 2 months as a Course.Results]In six patients We treated,The symptoms of anorexia、nausea.etc disappeared.For 2,The Conditions Were alleviated.For one,The treatment was noneffective.and one died.The effectiveness reached 80%.Compared with the Controlled groups.Five Patients got rid of anorexia,poor appetite.For 3.The Conditions were alleviated.For one,The treatment was noneffective.and one died.The effectiveness reached 80%.For Patients in these two groups,Few Suffers of ascites got rid of ascites after treatment.For those died,The bleeding of the upper gastro-intestinal tract Was Combined.Things were worse.The volume of the liver had no signify cence befor before or after treatment.ECG.Electrolyte.Blood.ect staned the Same.Conclusion]Stronger Neo-Miaophagen C might be a good Choice in Curing Serious hepatitis.
