| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪,随着我国综合国力的不断提高和社会经济的高速发展,时代对我们的劳动者提出了更高的要求。亟需把我国由人口大国转变为人力资源大国。因此,高等成人教育担负着重大的责任。但是我国的成人教育管理工作存在很大的弊端,需要我们对成人教育管理进行改革和创新。

| Abstract: | In the 21st century,with China's continuous development of comprehensive national strength and the fast development of our socio-economic,the times need higher labor requirements.China urgently needs to change from a large population of human country to a powerful one.Therefore,higher adult education bears a great responsibility.However,the management of adult education in our country has serious shortcomings,and we need to reform and innovate the management of adult education. |
