掺杂对多层铜氧化物奈尔温度的影响研究

摘    要:研究了不同浓度的掺杂对多层铜氧化物的反铁磁性带来的影响.随着掺杂浓度x的加大,铜氧化物的奈尔温度TN急剧下降.当x达到某一临界值时TN=0,即是代表系统的反铁磁体态消失了.从实验数据上看掺杂对TN的影响,与铜氧化合物的层数是有关的.文章将从理论上讨论对于不同层数的铜氧化物,TN随掺杂浓度x的变化.

Abstract:We studied the effect of doping on the antiferromagnetism.The Néel temperature TN decays rapidly with the increasing of the doping concentration x.And the Néel temperature will get to zero when it reach the critical concentration.It means the antiferromagnetic long range order is destroyed completely.We can find the effect of doping has connection with the number of the layer.We will study it theoretically.
