| 摘 要： | 以司马迁与《史记》为主要研究对象的“史记学”已有两千多年的历史。总的来看，汉魏六朝是“史记学”的萌芽时期，唐宋是“史记学”的形成时期，元明是“史记学”的发展期，清代是“史记学”的高潮期。历代《史记》研究的丰富成果为当代“史记学”的深入发展奠定了坚实的基础。
