| 摘 要： | 最密切联系原则是近年来国际上兴起的一条法律选择新原则。该原则不是我国冲突法的基本原则,而是我国涉外民事关系法律适用的一个补充性原则,在调整我国涉外民事关系中起着重要的作用。
