| 摘 要： | 交通战略规划研究的是社会经济系统与交通运输系统之间的宏观协调关系,是在一定地域范围内对交通运输系统进行总体战略部署.本文从系统和层次的观念入手,在分析国内外战略规划研究实例和方案规划一般思路与方法的基础上,对交通战略规划的特征及其对资料准备与模型技术的要求进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | Research in the strategic planning of transportation is the macroscopic relation between society economic system and transportation,and the total strategic disposition of transportation in a given area. Starting with the concept of system and hierarchy and based on the analysis of some relevant examples of strategic planning and the common ideas and methods of the other stages planning, this paper discusses the features and strategic planning and its demands of data and models. |
