| 摘 要： | 基于资源观的企业理论,通过分析我国高技术大企业的资源特性,了解其在人才、技术、市场、制造能力、资金等方面的优劣势,提出跨国经营的必要性。在此基础上,列举出高技术大企业可选择的三种跨国经营战略。

| Abstract: | Based on the resource-based view, we can analyze the advantages and weakness of large high-tech enterprises in china from aspects of human resource, technology, market, manufacturing capability and so on. Then the necessity of transnational operation is put forward. In the last part of this paper, three types of transnational operation strategy are given for large high-tech firms. |
