决策者SRS综合素质的矛盾——调和模型及其优化思路

摘    要:探讨了决策者应当具备的各项素质之间的矛盾性,以及如何调和这些矛盾,使之具有更高的综合素质.根据决策科学理论,对国内外研究者提出的决策者素质进行梳理、筛选和整合.从各素质相互作用的视角,将所选定的素质分为3类、7组和14项,研究它们之间的相互促进和相互矛盾关系,以及矛盾素质的调和方法.构建了决策者综合素质SRS体系及其矛盾--调和模型,并据此提出各类素质的优化思路.

Abstract:This paper researches the contradictoriness between qualities decisionmakers should have,and how to neu-tralize these contradictions,in order to enhance decisionmaker's comprehensive quality. In the paper,decisionmaker's qualities proposed by researchers in China and abroad are gathered,sifted,and sorted out according to decision theory. The sorted qualities are systematized in 3 categories divided into 7 groups which include 14 elements of quality,as viewed from interactions between the qualities. Then their compatible and incompatible interrelations and neutralization method for the contradictory qualities are studied. As a result,decisionmaker's SRS comprehensive quality system and its contradiction-harmony model are established. Accordingly,some ideas to improve the comprehensive quality of each category are submitted. Thus,it is not enough for a decisionmaker to have each single quality,he must have capacity to synthesize contradictory qualities. The result of the paper provides more effective theoretical and methodological guidance for selecting,training and evaluating decisionmakers.
