| 摘 要： | 随着全球经济与科技的快速发展，管理领域也正在发生着根本的改变。本文通过对管理领域发展环境与趋势的分析，得出新形势下管理工作的特点，进而提出未来管理工作对管理人才的素质要求。在结合管理者素质模型分析的基础上，提出对未来管理人才的培养过程中应该重视的几个方面。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of the economy and technology, it has been ultimately changing in the field of management. On the basis of analysis of changes of economic environment faced by the management science and the analysis of the trend of management, the characters of management in the new economic environment are proposed, and then the managerial quality of managers required by future management job is analyzed, Some aspects to which management education should pay attention are proposed on the basis of analyzing the model of manager quality. |
