| 摘 要： | 课题组通过对学生的素质问卷调查分析认为：师专学生素质在总体上赢得了社会普遍的赞誉，但也存在着素质结构发展不平衡、内容发展不全面等问题。今后的师范院校的素质教育培养应做到系统化、科学化、制度化、个性化。

| Abstract: | The present paper holds after a questionaire that the qualities of graduates from teachers colleges(2 or 3 years) are generally praised in their teaching work,but there still exist some problems with their imbalance of quality development.Therefore the quality oriented education should be systematized,scientific,institutionalized and personalized in teachers colleges in the future. |
