| Abstract: | Our country's information communication technology(ICT)in elementary education is in the starting stage from the perspective of the total development progress and levels.Firstly,this article gives the definition of information communication technology.Secondly,the article analyses the problems that exist in the elementary education based on the domestic and international ICT development.We hope to form our special feature in the elementary education by means of foreign education experience. |
