高压静电场对家兔血压的影响

摘    要:本文研究了高压静电场(HVEF)对麻醉兔血压的影响,结果如下:①HVEF影响血压的阈值约为20KV/200mm或更高(40~70KV/200mm),此阈值依动物被麻醉的深度和个体差异而变动,血压改变的幅度和时程等取决于HVEF强度;②HVEF对兔血压的主要影响为使其升高,持续一高水平,少数动物的血压表现为一次或多次短时性升高,③在HVEF条件下也观察到动物血压下降,但其改变的幅度和时程均小于上述血压上升的反应;④在少数动物中发现HVEF使兔血压发生升高或下降的波动,根据上述资料作者认为HVEF确能影响麻醉兔的血压,血压变化的方向、幅度和时程取决于麻醉深度、动物个体特征和HVEF强度。

Abstract:Effects of the high voltage electrostatic field (HVEF) on the change of blood pressure (BP) were examined in anesthetized rabbits. The results were as follows: (1) The threshold of HVEF on the change of BP was about 20kV/200mm or more, which may appear changeble according to the depth of anesthetization and individual of animals. The amplitude and duration of BP's changes depend upon the intensity of HVEF; (2) The main effect of HVEF was increase of BP. Few animals'BP appeared temporary elevation once or many times. (3)Decreased BP was also observed in the condition of HVEF, but the amplitude and duration of the changes of BP were smaller than the increased BP mentioned above; (4) Blood pressure appeared vibrating in the condition of HVEF, but it occurred only in few animals.Based on the date mentioned above I think that HVEF does influence BP of anesthetized rabbits. The changes of direction, amplitude and duration of BP depend on the depth of anesthetization and individuality of rabbits.
