| 摘 要： | 苏联解体与苏共覆亡给各国共产党人和世界人民留下了许多深刻的经验、教训。其中一个重要的警示是：完善党内监督机制是事关党的事业、前途命运的重大课题，必须引起高度重视。完善党内监督机制是一个系统性的工程，必须着眼于从宏观角度对其进行完善。

| Abstract: | Despite the disintegration of the Soviet Union and the collapse of the Soviet Communist Party has past more than15 years,it left many profound experiences and lessons for the communists and the people of the world,and we should conscientiously sum up.What we can learn from former Soviet Union's failure is that we should perfect the inner party supervision system.This is a vital issue concerning the future and development of our party.Improving the supervision mechanism is a systematic project and calls for a macro perspective planning. |
