| 摘 要： | 提出有关协同商务的相关概念和价值链的思想。从动态策略联盟的角度出发，通过价值链思想建立企业间的协同，提出协同算法，从而得到协同商务的优化模型，并通过一个简单例子加以验证。

| Abstract: | This article presents the concepts concerning business collaboration and the thinking of value chain. It is illustrated that, from the point of a dynamic strategic league, collaboration between enterprises might be reached which, added to a collaborative algorithm, cotdd result in an optimized model of business collaboration. |
