| 摘 要： | 依治治农是市场农业经济发展的本质要求，是建设社会主义法治国家的必然趋势。明确依法治理渭南农业经济的四个目标，抓住七个关键环节，实施八项具体措施，对于加强渭南的农业经济管理，具有重要的意义。
