| Abstract: | According to the present education situation,higher vocational colleges need to change their strategies of personnel training.They should use kinds of different ways to develop enterprise education actively and cultivate enterprising talents.They should change their education concept,promote the whole cognition,cultivate pioneering culture,build a good air of public opinion,construct reasonable pioneering educational system,optimize teacher construction,and reform educational teaching evaluation modes. |
