| 摘 要： | 政策监控是政策过程的一个环节或功能活动。由于政策监控的不完善,政策方案在执行过程中走形变样,直接影响到了政策本身的质量及执行结果。针对目前我国政策监控存在的问题,应完善我国政策监控系统的对策措施,使政策监控职能得以充分发挥。

| Abstract: | Policy supervision is one part of Policy process. Due to imperfections in policy supervision system, policy plans are not fully supervised and usually distorted when they were implemented. Accordingly the quality of the policy itself and the outcome of policy implementing will be affected definitely and directly. This paper aims to analyze the problems in our policy supervision system and to put forward some measures to improve the system, which will enable the supervision function to be fully fulfilled. |
