摘    要:全球化经济和信息技术的巨大力量推进着组织外部环境更加动荡随机和变幻莫测。快速变化的环境驱动组织深度变革。组织必须重新思考结构设计的理念和组织发展的信念与假设.重建具有适应性、灵活性、能动性、自治性和协作性的现代化组织。

Abstract:Along with the development of the global economy network and information technology, firms face the changeable external environment. The constantly environment drives the deep organizational changes. The organizations must think renewedly the ideas, the principles, the beliefs and the presuppositions of organizational designing. We need rebuild a modern structure with flexibility, suitability, motility, autonomy and coordination.
