| 摘 要： | 研究目的：对现阶段体育院校篮球专业教师教学科研状况进行调查，找出问题，提出对策，以改进师资队伍建设。研究方法：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法，对北京体育大学、武汉体院、成都体院、西安体院、上海体院、广州体院、天津体院、哈尔滨体院、山东体院的篮球教师的教学科研状况进行调查研究。研究结果和结论：教师的教学工作量偏高，现代化教学方法手段运用较少；教师工作态度认真，具有较高的敬业精神。近5年发表论文平均每人4.4篇，但教师之间差距较大，科研成果和专著少，且质量不高。
