| 摘 要： | 本文在讨论了上海外高桥保税区的各项功能之后,笔者提出:应该立足于金融先行,加快机场与相关深水大港的建设,扩大优惠,吸引外资,发挥其仓储、仓库加工和出口加工等方面的功能,以带动上海产业结构调整及周围地区的经济起飞。尤其应抓住历史机遇,从出口导向型产业和进口替代产业起步,发展出口加工业,积极参与国际分工与国际竞争。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the functions and prospects of Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone in Shanghai, Its functions of storage, storage processing, and export processing should be intensified by developing banking, airport, and deepwater harbour and by attracting foreign investmenet, Thus, the structure of Shanghai's industry can be improved and the economy of the areas around can develop by leaps and bounds. It is cmphasized that we should start from export-oriented and impert-substituted industries, develop export processing business and take part in international competition. |
