城镇化--解决"三农"问题的关键

党的十六大召开以来,解决“三农”问题已经成为全党工作的重中之重。在分析当前我国农业、农村、农民问题现状的基础上,提出有计划有步骤地积极推进城镇化无疑是解决“三农”问题的关键。加快城镇化进程,应该坚持大中小城市和小城镇协调发展,坚持在政府引导下主要发挥市场机制的作用,消除不利于城镇化发展的体制和政策障碍和发挥优势,突出特色,增强城镇可持续发展的能力。

Urbanization--the Key to Solve the Problems in Agriculture, Countryside and Farmers

Since the 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China is held , solving the problems in agriculture, countryside and farmers has already become the most important thing that the whole party has worked for. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of our agriculture , countryside and farmers ,Article points out the key of solving all those problems depends on improving the urbanization of countryside actively ,and introduces the way to accelerate urbanization process so that improves the ability of the countries continuously development.
