| Abstract: | This paper includes three main topics.Firstly,a deep analysis of the problems in the first-round evaluation program is made.Secondly,from a perspective of establishing a national quality assurance system of higher education and with a consideration of the successful experiences in Europe and America,a route map and a framework of establishing the national quality assurance system of higher education are proposed.Lastly,the main ideas for designing the second-round evaluation program are given. |
