| 摘 要： | 公务接待有其合理性,是滋生公务腐败的温床,是社会分配不公、引发社会矛盾的重要来源。在公务接待会计制度改革中推行公务卡,对防止公务接待中的腐败问题有一定的积极意义。根本解决公务接待中存在的问题,核心是进行财政制度改革,公务活动信息必须公开,接受人民监督。

| Abstract: | Public affair reception has its rationality,it is also the seedbed of official corruption,the main reason cause uneven social distribution and social conflict.As the reform of public affair reception system,public affair card has certain positive effect on preventing corruption.However,in order to solve the problems in public reception totally,the core is the reform of finance system,public reception information must be open to the public and supervised by the people. |
