应用型人才培养与课程的模块化改革

摘    要:面对模块化教学改革遇到的挑战,分析了应用型人才提出的背景,给出了应用型人才的定义与特点,强调应用型人才知识、能力、素质的协调发展,指出应用型人才培养为什么要进行课程的模块化教学改革.最后.详细分析了课程模块化改革存在的问题,以期对课程的模块化教学改革以及应用型人才培养提供一定的参考价值.

The Cultivation of Applied Undergraduates and Modular Reformation of Its Curricula

Abstract:Facing the challenge of modular reformation of curricula teaching for applied undergraduates, the backgrounds of this formulation of applied talents are analyzed, the definition and characteristics of applied talents are presented. In this definition, we emphasize the coordinated development of knowledge, ability, quality for the students, point out why we need the modular teaching reform to the cultivation of applied undergraduates. In the end, the existing problems of modular curriculum reformation are analyzed in details. The analyses have important significances for the cultivation of applied undergraduates and modular teaching reformation of curricula.
