高校非税收入专用票据电子化管理系统的设计与实现

为推进非税收入票据管理电子化工作，在安徽省直高校开票端和省财政管理端之间，实现数据的及时传递，全面了解安徽省直高校的开票状况，减少核销的工作量，高校非税收入专用票据电子化管理平台项目被适时提出．在项目需求分析的基础上，分别对系统的业务流程．功能进行梳理，提出该项目的整体解决方案，并采用visualStudio2005作为开发环境，基于VB．net技术，使用MicrosoftSQL2000数据库实现了基于C／S架构的系统．系统包括收费、退费、票据管理、开票情况上报四大主要功能模块．目前，该系统已在安徽省近50所高校正式投入使用，实现预期目标．

Currently, the system has put into use in nearly 50 colleges and universities in Anhui Province, faels have proved Ihat it has achieved ils purpose.
