| 摘 要： | 在高职院校,班主任参与了学生从入学接待直至就业培养的全过程,是学生思想政治工作的主要力量,已经成为培养学生质量的重要组成部分。本文通过对高职学生的学情分析,从学生入学直至学生就业的全过程分析,探讨了班主任的专业性对学生的影响较非对口专业班主任的作用,认为专业对口的班主任更能胜任本专业的学生班主任指导工作。

| Abstract: | in the higher vocational colleges,teacher participated in the student from the school reception until employment training of the whole process,is the main force of Ideological and political work,has become an important part of cultivating students＇quality. In this paper,through the analysis of students＇study,from the analysis of the whole process of students and student employment, discusses the impact of professional teachers to students than non professional counterparts the role that professional counterparts, the more competent for the homeroom teacher. |
