| 摘 要： | 高校学困生问题不仅有碍学生的健康发展,也影响了高校的教育教学。学困生的有效转化已成为高校学生工作中的一个重点和难点问题。社会工作是一种以"助人自助"为宗旨,实践性与理论性兼具的专业助人服务活动,将社会工作的专业方法运用于学困生转化工作,可以弥补传统大学生思想教育工作理念与方式的不足,能够切实有效地解决学困生转化过程中出现的难题。

| Abstract: | The backwarded college students have been a hot issue in college management because it will affect not only their lives but their academic studies if this issue can not be solved properly.Social work is based on the ideal of helping one to help oneself.This method can be employed in the transfer process of those backwarded college students by solving some literal problems. |
