耗散结构理论视角下的农业转型成本

推进农业转型是"十二五"时期的一项重大任务,是实现现代农业的客观要求。对农业的耗散结构特征进行了研究,认识到农业转型必然要耗散外界的物质和能量,这就是支出转型成本的过程。在此基础上构建了农业转型成本体系。并对转型成本的测度方法进行了初步论述。
