| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代末期以来,并购投资已经超越新建投资成为国际直接投资的主流方式。跨国并购已成为国外大银行发展壮大的重要方式之一。目前,我国银行业也面临以跨国并购进行海外扩张的重大选择。本文以OLI模型为框架,以实证研究为基础,总结、分析了OLI框架下影响银行业跨国并购的各种因素,并根据中国银行业当前的并购形势以及未来发展,为我国银行今后进行跨国并购提出了一些策略建议。

| Abstract: | Since 1990s, the vest of combination buying has become the main way of the international direct vest, and the international buying has become one of the important ways of developing banks in the west. Today the Chinese banks are also facing the problem. This essay will analyze the factors affecting the international bank buying based on the research of OLI model and put forward to some practical suggestions. |
