| 摘 要： | 地方高校要实现长远发展,必须走可持续发展之路。地方高校可持续发展战略的制定必须充分考虑到自身的特点。地方高校的发展要突出地方性,强调应用性。其战略目标的实现有赖于办学特色的形成与发挥、核心竞争力的提升和人才战略的有效实施。
