网络环境下我国学生群体“知沟”的弱化

摘    要:最初的知沟假说认为,当大众媒介向社会体系传播的信息不断增加的时候,社会中社会经济状况较好的人比社会经济状况差的人通常能更快地获知这些信息。由于社会发展在一段时间内不可能均等,导致人们经济地位的不同,从而发生"知沟"扩大的现象,这在信息社会同样如此。对我国学生群体在网络环境中的"知沟"状况进行分析,发现这个特殊的群体会因为网络环境的熏陶,使得经济地位不同产生的阶层分化并由此导致的"知沟"趋于弱化。

Abstract:According to Knowledge Gap Theory,when the information to the society spread by mass media is increasing,the people of better economic status will get the information earlier than that of poorer economic status.In a certain period,the society can’t be completely equal so that the people have different economic status that led to the widening of knowledge gap,especially in the information society.Through the study of knowledge gap of China students in the internet era,we find that the knowledge gap caused by different economic status is weakening under the influence of internet.
