| 摘 要： | 新型城镇化的核心是人口城镇化。文章从新刻籍制度视角出发探讨我国人口城镇化现实路径问题,认为降低农民工的＂市民待遇＂门槛、破除农民工流动性就业的难题、促进城市人口与外来人口相互认同、建设包容型性城市文化并形成合力,以提升新型城镇化建设质量,将有效化解新时期的人民内部矛盾,实现社会治理机制的创新,促进社会和谐。

| Abstract: | Urbanization is the core of the new urbanization of the population. ＂State Council on further reform of household registration system view＂ （Guo Fa 2014] No. 25） will greatly promote China＇s new urbanization, It will reduce the migrant workers＇ ＂citizen treatment＂ threshold, and get rid of the mobility of migrant workers employment problem, and promote mutual recognition of city population and foreign population, and help building an inclusive type of city culture and form a cohesive force, in order to promote the new urbanization construction quality. It will also effectively resolve the contradictions among the people in the new period, and realize the innovation of social governance, and promote social harmony. |
